    Mans Search For Meaning - Puts life into perspective

    The Intentional Father - Parenting book for fathers written from the christian perspective by a priest and father. Lots of good info on rituals of transition.

    Hunt Gather Parent - My Personal favorite parenting book.

    Mating in captivity - A book discussing the struggles and strategies to maintain passion and intimacy in marriage.

    Come as you are - A book that helps you understand human sexuality and quirks.

  • The app is called UNPLUQ I have used it for a few years now and found it to be the best phone blocker. Use the shake lock on max and you will find yourself unlikely to break through the lock.

  • There are many ways to do breath-work. Try a few out and see what works the best for you.

    Garmin Watch Breath-Work timer. - I have a Fenix but all of these models have the setting. Venu (2, 3, 4, Sq series), vívoactive (4, 5, 6), and fēnix (6, 7, 8, E series).

    Wim hoff app - Wim is intense but works well for the right person. The free built in timer is a good one.

    Breathe With Sandy - this guy is pretty floofy but has a ton of different meditations and breath work pieces on his channel.
