For 3 days, you’ll ditch the phone, leave the noise behind, and step into something real:

  • Journaling that forces honesty. (mostly with yourself)

  • Forging, wayfinding, cooking over an open flame. A few manly things to wake you up.

  • Sleeping under the stars.

  • Learn to feel a bit. (don’t worry, it won’t be too woo woo)

  • Guided and contained Physical and Mental Stress to help you feel more capable.

  • Fire, sauna, cold plunge. the good stuff.

  • Eat Amazing food

  • Your kids don’t need a zombie dad.
    Your wife doesn’t need a half-there husband.
    you don’t need another “self-help hack.”

    You need space. Brotherhood. Stillness. Challenge.
